Description I don't know, I saw this part in a AMV and I thought it was cool c:

First good looking base ever D:

Rules:
You can use it without my permission, do whatever with it except steal it
Edit it however you want, even recolor the whole thing
Take your time on it, I don't want you to take it and say "I'm finished!" in two minutes
Show it to me when your done, I want to see what people do on my bases
Don't use it for hate art
Obviously, follow the rules!!

You take the base, and then you draw what you'd like on the base in an art/editing program. Follow the rules in the description though.

It can be any program, the base is MS paint friendly so you can use MS paint, which should be installed already on your computer/laptop
