I've seen loads of genderbend pictures of Shichibukai, though I felt like doing one of Moria because artists usually draw him as a little girl and that isn't really true to his original design, as the biggest, oldest, and most loutish of the Shichibukai. He's also my favorite character.

Yeah, I agree with you on that part. There's always two errors in genderbending characters: 1. They're not genderbended enough, so it looks like they're still their original gender and 2. It can be a little too much and they look nothing like their original form.
The whole point of genderbending is to design an existing character, but on another gender, looking like the original, minus that one difference. Basically, what would happen if Ivankov used his gender changing attack on them xD

I like almost all of the characters in One Piece, but Moria is my favorite. He's such an awful guy. All of the Straw Hats are awesome, especially Robin. She has a twisted sense of humour that I can really appreciate.
That's how I feel about doing genderbends. They shouldn't be "sexy lady dressed in a sexy lady version of this character's costume", they should be "this character if he were a woman". (or the other way around, for a female character)

You draw her so well! I love the heavy contrast in the shadows and the highlights on her boobs. There's a perfect amount of femininity in the design but still that Morianess that we all know and love. Really frightening part...she looks fairly similar to a teacher I once had...and a babysitter O.<

I'd realized at some point that while I've done a quite a few pictures of heavier men, I'd never drawn a more overweight woman, so I felt this was a good excuse. It was also an excuse to draw a woman with gigantic breasts!

From Life Drawing experience, larger women are definitely a tad more challenge to draw, they have such lovely shapes in them.
