Description
This is Scrafty... If you give him a Belt (like Black Belt, etc) it will turn into this form...The Speed, Attack and Defense will increase, SpAttack and SpDefense will decrease... And the Coolness! >.<
Same with Scraggy^^
It was for the Pokemon Forms Contest but I didn't read the requirements properly... it must have an actual physical difference!
Well... doesn't matter! A just for fun (I had the Idea and scetch in like 5 min XD) entry
