Khefera was the god of creation or more precisely rebirth, as he embodied the solar disk of Re which rose every morning repeatedly.
Thus the scarab symbolized creation and family happiness and was seen on jewelry and often put within the bandages of mummies. The Egyptian people saw this beetle roll balls of dung, which became the symbol of the sun disc he pushed over the sky as well as rolling it safely through the Egyptian underworld every night.

Wow! These pictures are amazing! I also like how you use the actual Egyptian names, like "Haru," "Aset," etc. Even the "ph" as supposed to the "p" in "Khephera" is accurate!
