I'm going to answer some questions I use when I critique, it makes it easier.
Whats the first thing that struck you? The unbelievable smoothness of the sea.
What do you like the most? The strange contrast of it. The water seems so calm and tired, but the sky strikes me as roiling with activity.
The least? There seems to be some kind of line just below the horizon. It looks kind of weird.xD
What could make it better? Perhaps blurring the line a little.
What do you think of it overall? The clouds look amazingly soft and yet in movement. It gives the impression that they're being swept across the sky by a strong wind, but it's somehow not touching the sea. The patterns of the stones look very interesting. They look swirled.
