To be Earth's counterpart of the Pony Sunset Shimmer IS to be Yukina Morisato. To uphold the values that our mother, Belldandy, holds dear...friendship, love, courage, trust, generosity, compassion, wisdom. Those are the traits that our father, Keiichi, saw in our mother, the traits that convinced him to make the contract that allowed her to be by his side forever. The same contract that served as his wedding vows. Now, more than ever, I know that I need to be an example for the people of Earth, I need to protect them and guide them. That is what it means for me to be Earth's counterpart of the Pony Sunset Shimmer.

In the Riseverse, Sunset Shimmer's human counterpart is Yukina Morisato, the demigoddess daughter of Keiichi Morisato and Belldandy Morisato.
Fluttershy's human counterpart is Casey Yaraborough, an Earth spirit who became a goddess after fusing with Amara (the angelic half of World of Elegance, Urd's angel), and was adopted by Keiichi and Belldandy.

Not sure what you mean by "MS Paint definition", but if you mean "an image that can be colored using MS Paint", then it seems someone has already done what you want. See Lora-Does-Ponies ' post below.
