No need to be sorry! It was the time of Lapsap Chung but that was more a case of cleaning up the city rather than recycling which is a modern phenomenon.

I understand, but I don't know much about UC's history and their past activities, but I do know Lap Sap Chung appeared around the early 70s, that's how I know so far.
