Had this idea a few days back and had to draw it. Only just noticed that his wristbands look like the things in Houndoom's legs.Fez's planning to draw Volkner next. He was planned to be a Raichu but Flint is a Houndoom so what's a better combination than a fire hound and a lightning cat? [Luxray, not Zeraora]
