New Zealand's South Island, 1200 A.D. 6:55PM

In the heart of New Zealand's South Island, within the region that will eventually be known as Otago, a female Pachyornis elephantopus (AKA: The Heavy-Footed Moa) grazes on shrubs and ferns during the early evening. Her focus on the vegetation is interrupted as she finds herself ambushed by a male Haast's Eagle. A powerful predator that ranks among the largest eagles to have ever soared the skies. Although smaller than his female counterparts, this male eagle possesses an impressive size and strength, enough to effortlessly ensnare this average-sized Moa with his powerful talons.

Ahhh... I love remaking ep1 of PMP. DH just released his Awesome Bird's pack and that includes remakes of his old Moas so thought I'd show this here. So psyched to show this once I'm done with ep6. Which... it will be delayed, mainly because I'm going to be probably moving soon, and I've got to work on some more external things to tackle as well.
