I meant to take pictures of my building process but I got little ahead of myself,But I can still describe how I made this and answer any of your questions,
Misty is a Ho scale Woman miniature the hair and clothing was sculpted using Silicon caulking, The Ponyta is an Ho Scale horse I made the flames out of Hot Glue the fence is made of matchsticks and a trimmed thin plastic yard-sale sign, The Grass is fake fur combed through with serval green paints and the tree is a painted twig with flocking Ect, I got the plastic dispay from Daiso.

Well there is a Pokémon race episode in the anime where misty interacts with a Ponyta but really I did it because I had a Ho scale horse lying around I wasn't using.

I do remember hearing of that episode, but as far as I remember the drama was more between ash and the ponyta, but yeah... I do understand the reason haha.
