You can't call it stolen if the only similarities in the animations are that it's an emote hitting another emote with a bat. It's not like the idea is patented. Like if I were to make an animation of a bird being chased by an animal, you can't say I copied someone else who made an animation with another bird being chased by a different animal. And even if the bird and animal were same type, that still doesn't mean it's stolen. It's just a coincidence, since the idea is too vague. There are plenty of animations out there of animals chasing birds and emotes hitting each other. Some of them are bound to be alike.

You know, I thought that exact same thing but, please correct me if I'm wrong, when I looked closely at the animation of the bat, it's exactly the same. Or at least, as far as I can see. If I'm wrong, then please say, but I think that the animation is copied from =LedMaiden 's deviation, [link]
