Cover art for my flatbook in Portfolio. There's more to the cover then this, but this was the biggest image on it.The character is a spur of the moment character that I'll just call Demo, who's a cat(?) that loves bombs. He was going to be in an animation, but time ran out, so instead he's gonna be my mascot.
I would have used Sparks, but I feel for college I need a different mascot for presenting. Sparks is in the flatbook's featured art though.

As always, you wow me with your simple yet lively style. I really like how you have this really simple foot on the left side of the picture with mere ovals for toes, and then on the right side you see the character lift his foot and all of those simple shapes turn in space so accurately. I adore it. And plus you get the attitude so well.
Man, if I could get my character design stuff to read like that, I'd be one happy camper.
Just a small nitpick, one of his pointing fingers is creating a massive tangent with his elbow. The sketch lines show the finger overlapping with the arm, which I feel would work a lot better just if you skoosh the finger one way or the other so the lines aren't touching exactly.
Anyways, awesome job, and I say good luck. If your 4 more weeks thing means what I think it means, you're graduating the same time I am! Congrats!

Wow, thanks so much on this comment. It made me smile and was some helpful in both ways. 
Yeah, the finger was a problem that I actually forgot to fix when I was sketching it. I tend to do that a lot, see a problem think I fixed it only to find out later I never did. I'll see how much time I have to refix it for the final version. I still have 3 weeks to have that redone, so I'll tweek it. Thanks much on that pointout.
