Description from Bravest Warriors on Cartoon Hangover on Youtube


Been meaning to make this guy for quite awhile (probably when I first watched the show haha). I do think I may make a new one with white eyes.  Besides that this guy he is about 5 inches tall. I also used navy blue for the spots, and wool woving for the mouth.

I did make his mouth open, since that's how he is in most of his pictures, but from all the amis of him I don't often see his mouth open.

Aw, man. You made a catbug? Well, I mean, you did say that you would, but still that is really awesome.

I have to say the detail in his fluffiness really stands out, and even with the one dot absent, he still comes off as that familiar and loveable little cutie-ball that makes the show. Great work with this, my friend, as usual.

I wanted to make it with my typical yarn, and I was surprised that I had some red yarn haha. But I'm glad he didn't take to long XD

Heheh. I certainly can relate in that respect. And trust me, there's nothing wrong with having a spontaneous series of awesome thoughts. You are very welcome, as always.

It certainly looked like that type of yarn worked out well for you in that respect, and certainly a great usage of red upon rediscovering it. Also, very coo to hear he was pretty easy to make; definitely shows signs of improvement.

Haha, well that's how I work usually. Since for the last day I was working on a panda pouch/purse/thing for myself since  I have no bags to carry things when I'm out and about. But I just need to buy a zipper and some latches for it.


Both the red and blue yarn are just left over yarn I needed to figure out what to do with, so I'm most likely going to make a couple Catbugs to finish up the yarn, and since he was so freakinly simple. And thanks, I don't see much improvement but that's probably because I'm doing the same thing I always do haha.

Aw, a panda pouch? That sounds so cool. Very cool that you're bound to have a new carrying case for your person, even with the few tools needed to keep in mind.

Blue and red, eh? Well, knowing you, I'm sure that you'll think of something clever, like a yin yang thing with certain animals or something Also  a couple extra catbugs would likely be just as cool to see. Well, even with doing what you always do, there's always signs of improvement when you look back and see how much simpler things are compared to way back when.

Yep, blame the fact that I've been watching way to much Shirokuma Cafe. Indeed, it's annoying since I own quite a few handbags but they are still up in New York >_< And I've also just been needing one since most of my clothes are girl clothes they have very few functioning pockets :/ But I might make a couple more bags since they are quite fun to make


Yin Yang? Haha I don't understand what you mean. And yeah I want to make more catbugs so I can shrink my yarn supply. And with catbug I can always add some ovenmitts or sweet peas.

Aw, well no big deal; never hurts to be influenced by something you really like. Sorry about the current lack of handbags. But at least now you've got something cool to go with what I can assume are very nice outfits. I'll be looking forward to any bags that you end up making.

Eh, I was just thinking like red oni, blue oni, yin and yang, bird and mouse, I dunno... I definitely know that more catbugs would be a delight for the creative world. And I know that all those unique and cute little features would serve as a magnificent bonus.

Agreed, but it's just sorta funny to me that a show would have that much of an impact haha. And it's quite alright, it's not like I often go out but I just like having easy ways to carry things. (Also I know I own waaaaay to many bags...and I can probably use the excuse that I'm a girl...but it's more that I like the variety. ) Haha my clothes are just clothes nothing that special about them, although I feel like I like wearing my more "ethnic" clothes but don't often wear them outside my house since it would bring to much attention on me. But I'm looking forward to some bags as well I do enjoy cute yet useful things.


OHHHHHH I see now. Making opposite pairs is a lovely idea And now I think I'm going to have to make me and my step-sister since we joke that our nickname is the Yin Yang sisters (since I'm borderline albino while she's a nice chocolate brown who often is mistaken for an African haha.) I feel like she'd enjoy that Agreed, plus I feel like Catbugs would be easily sold since he's is quite a fan favorite. Although Danny has to be y favorite...and I do enjoy Jelly Kid for some reason. (Maybe I really like bread O.O) and it would also be cool to add all the little details. It would remind me when I used to collect Rufus(s) from Kim Possible haha.

Oh, believe me. I know how heavy the impact of a show can be on a person; I tend to think that a lot of my early drawing style was heavily based on nicktoons and digimon Hey, variety never hurts either, it really just shows how open minded you can be to things. Well, it's very cool that you have clothes that you like, but I guess it wouldn't be too bad of a joy to save for yourself if you think others outside might see it in a different light. Cute useful things always make one's day shine a bit more, I tell you what.

Heheh. You and your step-sis, huh? That would certainly be an amusing and spectacular rendition, I think. (I do see that as being kind of ironic, even if I never would have pictured you as albino ) Catbug is cool, but it's also nice that you have your own favorite; Danny? HA! Such an amusing hothead. And you collected Rufuses. Somehow, I might have known, but I'm still delightfully amused to know that now.

Oh god we all have that heavily based drawings styles. Mine would have to be Sonic the Hedgehog and just anime in general. It's embarrassing seeing old notebooks. True variety is nice, but it is also just different sizes since I prefer tiny bags that carry the bare necessities but then I have a bag so I can take my laptop with me if I want to and so forth. And thanks, although I'm lately surprised by how tight most of my "normal" clothes are since I just tend to wear comfy clothes since I have no where go. (Well it's not that I'm worried about people mistaking my choice in appearance it's more that I don't want to draw unnecessary attention to myself since I don't want to be spotted by people who know me. It would cause unnecessary drama.) Agreed Plus I tend to feel bad that I just make stuffed animals since they aren't that useful except for being cute in a lot of cases.


Yep I need to practice my people and it seems to be an easy challenge to just do people I know, even though they won't be recognizable outside of me and my family.  (I'm really not that albino but people usually make fun of how pale I am since my veins are REALLY easy to spot. Which is unnerving for some people. Which is why I joke I'm borderline albino, and also considering that when I was a child I had a nice golden tan for most of it.) One of the reasons why Catbug isn't my favorite is because I really just don't care for kid voices, I know it's cute but some reason it bugs me. (ah a pun...kinda...) Danny is the bomb though! He's just so silly XD. Haha well I collected them since there were a couple different ones, the only one I can remember now was the one where he was eating a taco and looked quite satisfied.

Thank you I actually am missing one detail which is the spot that is directly in the middle since it would mess up the black line >_< But aside from that he is practically spot on Thank you for noticing!
