Back in 2019, I used to watch a lot of Pokemon Showdown content on Youtube. One of the creators I used to watch a lot then was The Garbadors, who did a lot of "New Meta" and silly but entertaining gimmick teams. For fun, I joined a small group on Discord where I made a few Pokemon based on his "Feather and Scale" designs.

Since this Pokemon was a Ghost/Poison type, I wanted to keep the original "Leaking Poison Bottle" theme but change up the torso to look like clothing as well.
