That, is one sexy Night Fury.
And she could not have been rendered any better. The way she stands knee deep in the water with one hand on her hip and with the wind blowing her hair is picture perfect. You also made good use of the color transitions to indicate her slick and scaly surface. As for the water, it actually looks like water with the ripples distorting the reflected light. There's even a reflection of the sky and landscape, to make this all look more beautiful.
