It's lolita-ish, but sadly, the skirt is too short xd The lolita rules are not set in stone, but the one about skirt length is a pretty important one. I think it's more lolita inspired, since a lolita skirt is about max. 4 cm above the knee and like 6 under? I'm not sure, but you're dress must not be on the floor, for it to be lolita. (I'm not that fixed on the rules, (Like wear a bloomer- or wear your wrist cuffs right!!) but it is a strict fashion and if you don't follow these rules, you will fall out)Β
