Description You may have already figured out that the model is the Fabulous in one of her masterpieces

all done with Mouse. maya was used for the base mesh and scene setup, ZBrush for sculpting, photoshop for texturing and final touches, mental ray for rendering (rendered in passes using mentalcore) and composited in Nuke.

dude there is no mirror here on the fg there is the half-bandaged girl and in the bg there is imply a guy totally bandaged moving to the left side beside her!
