the title is so dull

I should've had a smaller f-number but I forgot to change it from my previous shot ([link] )
Shutter speed: 1/25 ==> Handheld

well, besides photoshop that is. It wont seem to work for me.

Do you know of a program that i can upload my raw files directly to then convert them? I use the program to do that with my camera, RAW---->JPEG but i wasn't sure if there was a better way, or a way that would give you better quality?
