At Sakura-Con 2015I started putting together that helmet a year ago when I bought my first thermoplastic sheets (wonderflex.) It was made by doing the sandwich method with craft foam. So much trial and error!
The wabbajack staff was super spontaneous, just like the nature of the in-game weapon. I had an ra 6ft PVC pipe and decided 24 hrs before the event that I wanted a staff! The faces are sculpted from standard air dry clay from a craft store. In the future I will always use Apoxy Sculpt, but this is the best I could do on short notice! I wrapped the rest of it with wonderflex and added a red LED strip on the inside to make the eyes glow.
