I believe that is the Tim Sale animated series costume; haven't seen it in a while, either, and my guess is DC prefers the more "Supermanish" versions - maintaing the integrity of the brand or whatnot - but this one is much more fun. It sure beats that insipid hybride she's sporting in the "new" 52...
