That simply means your painting and the photo are the same except for a few changed and added pixels and a slight rotation. Otherwise Tineye wouldn't have identified it.

Have you hit the download button yet? If you view it up close with the original photograph besides it you can see there are actually quite a few differences. You can then also see the brush strokes more easily.

Hmm, I hope that you're not suggesting that my painting is only an edited photo? Sorry that I'm asking, but I was accused a few times that my drawings are not mine or that they are really a photography with some PS filters. Thank you. This painting of a bird is very nice. I don't doubt that you have some good painting skills but to copy an already existing artwork one-to-one, no matter how you have done it, puts you in awkward situations (like people don't believe you etc.). What sense does it make anyway? It would be more impressive if you would paint a photorealistic picture out of your imagination or turn a used reference into your own art style. I mean this as an encouragement.
