There are two versions of this drawing, the current one and the Rinnegan Eyes Version .
This is my first drawing in Painter 11. I did however went to Photoshop CS3 at some point and filtered the hair a bit because it looked too smooth compared to the rest of the image. Anyway, Painter is amazing, I think I'm in love with it. It isn't easy to use, it took me ages just to figure out a few things, but I like it more than Photoshop right now.
The unfinished look of the painting is intentional, since I believe it suits the character.

The first time I've actually seen him. 
I mistook him for a couple of other characters at first because of his hair. I suppose hair like this is standard for characters who kick a**.
