I know what you mean. And In some opinion I really understand you.
And Sex between brothers or Sisters isn't okay. I also don't support this, even when I cosplay this.
But I have also to say, that I like ItaSasu/SasuIta.
The reason for this is, that Itachi loves his brother so much, that he only let him alive and also protect him, when he's join the Akatsuki. After Sasuke has find out what really happened, he realized the truth and loved his brother as much as he did, and went further into the darkness to avenge him.
Maybe you don't understand my opinion. But this is the reason, why I like ItaSasu/SasuIta. ^^

And... sorry for my bad english... T^T
I hope you understand the most of that waht I have writen. x__x
