Be it in male or female position, Angel's personality doesn't change. This hawkfish, even though she might get flattered by her skills in the kitchen, is pretty modest and doesn't show any type of arrogance, one of the traits they think that are pretty bad and don't want to be like that. It is not difficult to be friends with them as she is often seen as a pretty easy-going person, going along with most of what someone wants to do and not usually getting upset. Angel just thinks that it is better to let go of upsetting feelings because they make her feel bad, so if something bad happens, she will try to forget it and is easy to forgive. Even so, it might be hard for Angel to not get angry at one who enters her personal space without her consent, be it getting too close in skinship or even entering her house, being territorial and all. She mainly likes to protect her house, not letting anyone get inside, not even co-workers and such. She/he isn't exactly a clean-freak, but can be considered pretty neat, organizing everything and liking her work and personal place in order and clean, which is one of the factors that makes her suited to be in a kitchen as a cook. Both about this and cooking, the hawkfish is pretty critical, often pointing out one's fault like whatkind of ingredient they should have used instead of onions or how unorganized one place is. And just like this and, as well, with people she likes and gets interested in, Angel is pretty bold, which sometimes makes people surprised since she is usually the sentimental and, like said before, modest... Usually crying over romance and drama movies and such, sometimes crying even from happiness.
Whenever she is not acting professional as a cook though, Angel can be rather flirting and pervert. The hawkfish, just like this, can be rather seen as unfair as they dislike having their personal space invaded, but love to go to those who pick her interest a lot. It is mostly when they are really close to one though and if they feel like they will allow her to be like that. Other than that, if they are only acquainted or strangers, they will not act like that and just keep all their pervertness inside their mind. She is also quite the paranoid one, often mumbling about what would happen when she sees something that she considers careful and using it as an argument to stay away from that or to make other people stay away from that, but she is like that mainly to warn people and herself about the danger even though she might come out as a bit of a creepy one like that.
Angel is also quite a caring one if she truly, truuuuly likes someone or is interested. She isn't like that to just anyone even though she might give off a hint of it if she seems quite concerned, basically being an "overprotective mother" to those she knows and cares about for a long time. Of course though, she is no real mother haha.

History:
Angel was from a very far away aquatic place, was fished by a certain cat and went to Prima, soon starting to work at a restaurant as an assistant of the chef after going through a test that was required by the owner and the real chef.
They wanted to learn more and make even more delicious food they couldn't learn about at her hometown since of course each city had some preferences about food and she only made foods based off that preference... All they could do at the beginning was seafood, but it changed with the time. Angel also only worked at the restaurant as a girl, since it was cheaper to buy only one type of clothes they liked instead of buying two sets and it also could not weird people's eyes out if they just kept being their female self while in the restaurant, working.
The chef was really an old guy and soon retired only to leave his spot to his assistant, Angel.
After earning money and only wasting it on the basics for living, Angel finally got to buy a house for themselves in Prima and little by little they started to fancy it up, but not wasting their money carelessly.
Since then, the chances she got to go to her hometown to relieve her melancholy and homesickness started to diminish. They just didn't have the time and was so busy, sometimes only going home once per month.
