Phew, my first outdoor scene ever.Modeled in blender, rendered in LuxRender (up to 2k samples)

Hey man, thanks for joining our group (anime3dsfx) and sorry for the delay in replying.
I'm commenting here because I remembered this scene when I checked your gallery, and I also remember thinking 'this would fit well with project spectral' (for which we're building - parts of - a city).
I'll send you a note soon sorry I'm a bit in the middle of everything atm

Dirty it up a bit and it would be almost impossible to tell if it was a photo or a render!

Thanks. It took nearly 48h on 4 X5680 CPU's to render so I hesitate from rendering it all over again

The modeling and effects are amazing, as is the level of detail.
my only note is that the lighting seems a little crude in comparison, lending a bit of a plastic/artificial feel to it.
if you were to spend some time on maybe giving it an early morning feel, (which the jackets and lonely feeling lend to) it might work a lot better.
Just a thought.
Great work though, I look forward to seeing more.
