BACKSTORY:
A mysterious, nameless orphan was born without a voice box, unable to speak or make any sound through his mouth. He grew up in this orphanage, without any friends, and at the age of 19 he was expelled from the orphanage because he had already reached the age of majority, after which he enlisted in the Kaon police force, where he received the malicious nickname Soundwave from the other police officers because of Despite his disability, he was a reasonably competent officer compared to his companions; he was the only one in his squad who strove to remain incorruptible, while all of his companions surrendered to corruption. When all of Cybertron's military and police forces merged into the Decepticon Empire, Soundwave and all his fellow police officers ended up becoming Vehicons, Earth soldiers of the fleet led by Megatron, now everything they did behind the scenes is just normal orders. that they receive from their superiors. Soundwave was a reasonably sensible police officer (as far as a sensible police officer can be), but when he became a Vehicon, he became a savage, being much more aggressive than his companions, even being compared to the infamous Dion: Bloodthirsty, which caught the attention of Admiral Megatron himself, who adopted him as his apprentice, even being named his vice admiral/supreme terrestrial commander, and also receiving a special helmet from Shockwave, the president of the scientific council of the Decepticon Empire, this helmet allows Soundwave to speak and communicate.
