After the good ole grannies left, many more queued up to witness their magnificence, including college students, regular traffic people, parading thots, shady men in black suits, a gang of bikers, artists, and some muscle enthusiasts. Some even became a little too touchy, that's why CaOS feels the ick.

CaOS gave VoID the responsibility of keeping the money. CaOS is bad with budgeting and tends to over-spend on unimportant things.
