just a question what render/light settings do you use co's when I do stuff like this the lighter shadows look gritty or incomplete but yours look amazing

I think your problem is depth of field samples. Just right click on the screen then click render settings then change depth of field samples to at least 512(override) or 1024(override). It will take longer to export if you do this.
