Everything about this drawing is ok, except for face shape. Even though it`s anime-styled drawing, that doesn`t mean human face is this shaped. Usually, people have an oval-shaped facial form, some people`s faces even can look almost round. Here, if his chin shall be a little bit squared or pointy and face long, you`ve still overdone it. Try shorting the face before you have finished the drawing.

I`d also recommend you not to start with making a detailed hair, but with plain colour. In final result it would also be nice if you tried either removing the outline or smoothing the drawing to the point where it no longer would look sketchy, or even both. By smoothing I don`t mean that there shall not be sharp edges or blur, that usually looks unprofessional or even worse than messy sketch. It`s also not so good to use too smooth brushes much.

Finally, I think you should try making the background more interesting than just plain colour. Add shadows or a simple pattern on the background. according to the hair colour, I think dark purple would look pretty. For it you can download and use some wallpaper texture, that`s not a sin! Just don`t forget that the drawing of your character has to be more attracting than background. Good luck!
