I love the shading on Sherlock, whether you were aiming for a caricature kind of thing, you hit it right on the ball, if not well then its still bloody excellent! This is definitely one of my favourite pieces of art I've seen today.

Benedict..humpf. The shape of the face is good and the eyebrows are perfect. Mouths is acurate and neck too... Something's off though. But not bad, not bad at all!
Martin's portrait is very good! I think the hair is a little odd (too low on the head perhaps) but otherwise, it's perfect!
