i haven't posted any of the 3D stuff on here, so i thought it was about time! these are 3D Maya hamsters using the shave and Haircut plug-in for Maya. I had a slow day at work today so i made these. I combed the "fur" and created all maps and shaders other than the actual fur node and base shading engine. The shave and Haircut license is owned by my studio as well as the proprietary shader for rendering it.woo! hammies! tomorrow if i have more down time im going to make woolly hamsters. these have their fur brushed, the next set will be different colors with some wild fur XD
please full view! and don't comment on my horrid modeling, im a texture artist not a hamster modeler XD

I actually like them with out feet. They look like a customizable mouse you could use with your computer. Oooo that would be so awesome!! I want alittle hamster mouse now.^_^

Cute! x3 I swear I can feel them at my feet. >.< I love hamsters. I have one called "Mr. Pennut"-Not my idea for the name (brothers x-X) Even though Pennut bites me I like to look at him. ^-^;

my dad had a horse named peanut. so i think its a grand name XD we actually had two hamsters called rice and oatmeal, but i didn't know what to name the the other one so i thought melman was good XD however Rice and oatmeal were too crazy to get out of their cages, they liked to do suicide jumps out of your hands.

x3 Mine never jump out of my hand. He just trys to bite. >.< We have cats so he will be in his cage and the cats are on top of his cage staring at him but he never minds, and when we put him in his ball to run around he likes to 'tease' the cats.
