Good picture, I like it a lot. Though there is one thing that bothers me... The white circles on his hat, they look a little funky with how bright they around in the black, consider darkening them some

I disagree with the other comments...I REALLY like the white on the hat; it creates the illusion that two people are watching us, which is an amazing affect. You have the penetrating gaze of the child and then the hat....which sort of looks like some other-wordly ghost figure, it's rather chilling.

Anywho, awesome capture.

Well you captured the kid really well, and that's some nice contrast you've got goin' on.

I wonder if there's any way you could shift more focus onto the boy. That figure holding him is nearly a complete silhouette, but his form is still really well-defined against that light background.

I wonder if cropping out some of the outline of his back would help.

Yeah, I agree, the things in the hat are way bright, you should burn/clone them down/out.

what an adorable child! And the black and white is perfect. The only strange thing is the two white dots on the guys head looks like spooky eyes! It takes away form the picture.
