I like ashfur's spots, but In my opinion, they could be a smidge bigger. (And you forgot to give his right shoulder spots.) This is very good, much better than what I could do, but in the discription, it said that Scourge was small, so maybe next time he could be smaller in size?
The background ois awesomeness. Very detailed, but I think that the moon should be off to the side a bit more, it looks kinda wierd in the middle. And the background style doesn't seem to match the drawing style... Do you know what I mean?

there was like 1 spot on his other shoulder but it is almost the same color as his fur so it's not really visible

The background is definitely fitting to how one could imagine the dark forest XD But anyway. In my personal opinion, and others may vary greatly lol, I prefer a picture and its BG to 'match' so to speak. Thus I often am not a fan of picture type BGs with more animated-like characters. Not that it looks horrible or anything, it just tends to look less complete to me. Expressions are good though as are the poses IMO. Adds some character to this pic |D

This. Is. AWESOME~ How the expressions are, the different ways that their bodies are, it's great! And they match into the background so well.
only thing is the legs are a bit skinny, but it actually adds onto the effect of the picture. It's nice.
