Description

When a meteor shower flew by too close to Earth, one of the meteors strayed from the shower upon being exposed to unfamiliar energy. The energy altered the meteor and caused it to become the Drive Meter. It later crashed into Solstice Grounds National Park, where 11-year-old Tate Montgomery Nolan stumbled upon the changed meteor. The Drive Meter latched onto Tate’s wrist and wouldn’t come off. Tate discovers that the Drive Meter’s frequently changing energy allows him to become various Biwrexian creatures when he first transforms into Charge Bolt. He learns how to switch through his forms in his and Lin Chung’s fight with Kuwagahorn and the Zebra Brothers.

The Drive Meter displays a hologram of a Biwrexian when the button is pressed. A holographic ring appears around it that can be twisted until a required form is selected. Pressing the center down will trigger the transformation and turn Tate into the Biwrexian form selected.
