Risako was raised in Japan alongside Miyoko. She attended a different ninja academy and was one of the best students. However, a graduation exam turned into a survival exam where she was forced to eliminate her students to pass. The exam hardened Risako into a ruthless assassin who cut ties with her family to exact revenge for the exam’s dark turn. Taking the name Musei Kiri, she cut down anyone who stood in her way and made allies out of the world’s best assassins.

Risako’s ninja training makes her as skilled as her sister. She can keep up with highly skilled combatants and still best them in battle. Her skills as an assassin are second to none, allowing her to dispose of enemies and remain undetected. She possesses incredible physical prowess and can even leap from ledges from a distance.
