Edit: I fixed her arms..They were too lanky and long. They were really bothering me so I have spent the whole morning working on them. >___< Looks a little better at least. They still kinda bother me, but not as much as before.

Welp, I've done it. Redrawn the old cover:
I was tired of looking at it and wanted to see how much I've improved over a year. I also made the logo at the bottom so I can be more original other than using a text I've found online. XD I have the textless version too for when I make t-shirts and prints.

1. The spine they make themselves by adding whatever your book's title is and your name.
2. You have to buy it yourself, but you get it much cheaper and also have to worry for shipping. It's nice to order it too before you sell it to see what it looks like.
3. This is the font I used: [link] I would just use it on the image to save to it. I used Microsoft word to get the pages together to upload on the site.

Yes, it happens.
They have a user friendly thing for uploading pictures like the cover and the back. They provide templates for Microsoft Word to upload the pages.

I only just discovered your dA page today, and I have already read a bit of your manga. It's really good. ^_^ Is it okay if I ask you a few questions? I'm only 13, but when I get older, I want to be a mangaka. I've already started making my own manga, called Reflections Through Time. I'm doing it the traditional way.... but, I'm worried that it won't be good enough and nobody will want to buy it. But I don't want to do it on computer either.... Do you have any tips on making your own manga?

And that's not bad starting off traditionally. I started off that way too!
The only thing I suggest with that is using digital text to make it look more manga-like. If you get what I mean, hehe.

I know stores like Michael's also require manga kits like inking/shading pens. It's a bit more work to do toning though. But if you can do it, then so be it!
I suggest watching video tutorials as well. I watched so many tutorials to help me with digital work so there has to be videos for traditional work!
Also, listen to critiques! When I was a youngin', I didn't listen much. Boy, critiques helped me get as far as I am today. I do still need more work but critiques isn't all about criticism either! Like advice too!

The picture is really nice, but the girls face is just to large, it looks odd, and just doesn't sit well in place. Even for manga style it looks very off. I'd suggest some profile and facial set up tutorials to get better arranged.
