(spoiler to chapter 1)so sayaka the first one to die in danganronpa was killed by Leon Kuwata,she was killed brutally by being stabbed in the stomach and was found next morning after the scene in Naegi's bathroom, with the last of her energy, behind her she happened to write the name of her killer with her own blood but written the opposite direction which made it hard to understand, well her plan was to kill Leon herself but that backfired and instead her corspe was lying in Naegi's bathroom. just like that with the last of my energy i completed the last bit of the story
