As usual, magnificent work! Did you use different color pencils? It seems different from usual haha. Her blouse has this crinkly touch to it because of the texture shown by the direction of the coloring
Her facial expression is so gentle, welcoming and soothing, if she came to life, I think she would be a very elegant, kind elder sister type of girl haha.
I love her lips, hair, and eyes! Sorry but do you think you could give me some tips for the shine of the hair? I never manage to get it right when I color the hair.

I use the same color pencil in all my picture, I only have one set of colored pencils there are 24 colors..
to make the hair shine you must use at least two colors to make it (the base color and shadow color)
for example: light brown and dark brown
and to create a neat and good texture, you should follow the line of the hair (avoid coloring horizontally)
