Something terrible happened. My latest two customs ([link] ) arrived at the homes of their respective owners SHATTERED, or very close to it. I was experimenting with different shipping options and it's safe to say that these new shipping options FAILED SO HARD. eins-zwei-NEIN and Doculean, I am so sorry that your Rarities arrived in such a manhandled state. This apology drawing will be sent to eins-zwei-NEIN-- Doculean, you're getting your own drawing, too.Ugh. Never shipping that way again. This was a tragedy.

Like I said mine was easy to fix and she looks great now. Im just having a hay of a time finding a matching colored ribbon for her tail >.<
