This is second pictures that I use old tiger trophy photos as reference. Tried the have a reddish tone on the whole picture but I put too much green in the back ground...so to whole picture is more cold and greenish then my expectation. The strong green in the background somehow distracting/disharmonious with the forground . but I leave it as it is, after all this picture is not about beauty.

The expression of the tiger is the most interesting part of this piece in my opinion. It has a feeling of longing and sorrow at the same time, but there is also a humanoid feeling to it because of the shadows, despite the fact that it also looks like, and is clearly, a tiger. I really like how there are no harsh lines and there is a feeling of loss and history, yet a fleeting sensation. Sorry, that probably doesn't make sense, but regardless, wonderful job.

I am glad you mention it, I put a lot of effort to make to face of the tiger.
A hidden detail, with some imagination, you can actually see the tongue sticking out from the mouth.
