Aftre two weeks, when I just taught, it is finished and my scar healed, doctor found that it was infected! Not only that finger, but two adjascent fingers too. They told mythat I have to prepare to have my complete hand amputated, if infection does not stop. Those were the most terrible days in my lefe...Fortunatelly, infection disapeared, and only rest (nearly all) of my index finger had to be reamputated.

I know this may seem a strange question but if the doc gave you the choice of losing a finger or a leg, which would you have chosen given your experience of having lost most of your index finger?
