My new OC that’s will be with Hawks from BNHA

Age: 18
Quirk: None
Talent: magic, technology, hacker, mechanic, robotic and… running away from police and heroes
Occupation: Viligante (without breaking a law?)

He is type of guy that wants to everyone to have fun so he sometimes do heist like doing his magic and tease ‘heroes’ how they can’t do anything to catch him (they think he is viligante and using his non existing quirk) his favourite victim to his teasing is Endeavour because he knows what he did to his family he is like lets get him away from his family so they would take a break from him (for this Todoroki is glad and thankful). But the problem is that the Big Bird is always on his tail and number 2 hero won’t leave him alone even when he is not doing anything to him. Hawks is like want to catch him but not to put him in jail but more… like wants to play with him like some birds do with their prey and he doesn’t know what to think about it. Hawks likes to chat with him, chasing him or eat with him.
