Now the final evo of the Water Starter Octumbo. and the theme is a pelagic Octopus with a spoopy scary look into it(i was originally going to go with Nihilego like but ended up like this in the process...but hey i like it) anyway the name origin is Transparent and Pelagic so i hope you like itPokemon belongs to Game Freak and Nintendo
