and by the title yes they are Misfit bandits of Frieza's race,and they're still after they joined with Celsius as his elites.so let me tell you about them

Wintr-(whole appearance based off of Frieza's 1st form and some what with Chilled but minus the horns)Wintr is the brains of the group,no one have seen him transform when a battle gets serious cause he relies on with Brains then Brawns,by meaning he has a power of Brain Waves which makes him ranked 2 of Celsius' army,and he is immune to being brain washed or his own powers backfiring him.when he not out of the Ship he helps Celsius to find a planet with his skills of navigation.he's also the smallest icejin there is(like slightly taller than Chilled).his own signature move is called "Brain Quake" where he does Frieza's fight pose and then eyes starts to glow to cause the ground to shake to create blades of rock and obsidian

Sub 0-(appearance based off of King Cold)is the Bodyguard of Celsius' army and ranked 3 of the elites,Sub-0 once worked with Frieza's army until Frieza got rid of him cause of his idiotness and met Glacier as one of the bandits,when battle he rely on with Brawns than Brains that he fights enpty handed but still rely on with powers for long range but has a crappy aim.unlike Frieza's 3rd form he has a 3rd form that is different than even Celsius,he is the second tallest of the Icejins(but slightly shorter than Cold).he has his own signature moved called "Xeno Burst" where he smashes his fists to eachother and creates a beam out of it,but due to his accuracy it can only blow up mountains than enemies,and he is used to Glacier calling him "Dumbass"

Glacier-(appearance based off of Cooler)The only female Icejin and also once the leader of the bandits before they met Celsius,Glacier is ranked 1 of Celsius army as the elite commander and also far stronger than Sub-0,she is cold blooded and is alot faster than anyone no matter how much sound barrier it brakes,shes also a bit sassy when it gets to other female from different races.and also her favorite hobby is finding any type of dwarfs like species and uses them for punching bags,her other form is also alot different than Cooler's where she only powers up on her powers but reduce her speed a bit.her own signature attack is called "Death Scatter" where she grabs her shoulders and then energy comes out and then shoots them with her fingers,it also uses as homing signals on to her opponent
