SAINW is an episode of the 2003 TMNT. It's called Same as it Never Was. Donnie and his brothers and Splinter each get sent to a different dimension. Donnie get's sent to a dimension where apparently he had died a long time ago and Shredder took over the world. He met each of his brothers there except each of them had lost something. Mikey lost one of his arms, Raph lost an eye, and Leo was blind. In the end they defeated the Shredder there but each of Donnie's brothers had died in the process.

It was a very sad episode.
