Another request for court records (by none other than the former Luke Atmey himself, who now goes by the name of Captain Segway), nl draw Luke Atmey as the Riddler from the animated series. So I did ^^
While drawing, I decided I wanted him to be a bit more than just Luke Atmey in a suit, which is why I went all out (*ahem*) with the accesories XP maybe a bit too much, I'm especially not entirely happy about his tie pin... oh well.
