Description
An Avvar clan that prefers seclusion over involvement with other holds or the lowlands. They aren't hostile, but they are wary of visitors. These three have a connection to Rosalyn Trevelyan, though it is unknown at the time. They refuse to associate with the Hakkonites, and their hold beast is an old dire wolf. They however have markings of dragons as part of their heritage as it is believed they once had a dragon as their hold beast, but they are unsure and now it's just tradition.

Tanis: The next in line to be thane of the Dire Wolf Hold. Serious, and spiritual, she cares deeply for her tribesmen. She hears all complaints in the hold and is patient with them. She is competitive however and has no problems competing with her brother.

Taranis: The Master of the Hunt of his hold. He is less secluded than most of his family when it comes in terms of other holds, but he is still suspicious of them. While he never engages in outside fights, he has gotten into a few scraps when it comes to defending himself.

Caius: The current Thane of the Dire Wolf. Cool and collected. Unlike many other Thanes of his hold, he traveled in his youth. However he mainly stays in the hold now to delegate the happenings in the hold, though he does travel to other holds if need be. He keeps his history rather private but always seems to be looking beyond the hold for something or someone.
