have you read chap8? i was wondering, that kid on the 1st page, is that Seiju? (or is that Kei-kun..?? ) coz later when the captain talks about Seiju's past, we can see this picture again..... but the tokkei exists only since 10 years ago, and the kid must be less than 10 (he's so tiny!), does that mean Seiju is less than 20years old..........???

c'est dans un futur proche, où une loi permet d'exécuter les criminels directement (on peut les juger sans qu'ils soient présents)
une police spéciale s'occupe de ces exécutions, et les héros sont les 3 de la 1ere brigade de cette police
