Wow this is stunning. I love the colors and how you really got that all over glow affect. I also really enjoy how you did the reflection of the lights in the water on the street. How is gouache as a meadium? I'm planning on trying it out relatively soon, do you have any tips or pointers?

well, at 1st is really hard to control,
but after few practice it when okay
for me using gouache this medium i'll colour the medium colour 1st,
then the highlight will be the last apply...
And remember add light yellow around the highlight to make glow effect~
