Why on earth would you put that kind of watermark on an otherwise brilliant wallpaper? I get adding a signature to a piece of art, but to put a watermark on both places you've advertised this seems... I dunno, seems odd to me.

This...is Deviantart's watermark.. I didn't design it... It's here to protect the rights of our prints when we decide to be profitable with the things we upload here... I don't like the size/looks of it, but if i upload to DA i follow their rules.
The "wallpaper" is a photography I took and composed with materials i own, with my camera and it is edited in photoshop by me.... so it will probably carry my signature/own watermark pretty much everywhere i decide to share it.. What's odd in that ?

Well, maybe not so odd, so to speak... just would be really nice to be able to use as a desktop wallpaper, and the deviantart logo is... very much in the way of being used as a wallpaper.

well technically the resolution is not meant to be for wallpaper purposes, actually, but for a printable photography- hence the awful logo provided by DA- and is submitted to photomanips, not to the wallpapers section
